NO exe file in download

I have downloaded the installer from your site a couple of different times and all I am getting is a zip file just as I would if downloading the manual version.

In the past I have downloaded the installer so I know what to look for.

If you've already signed up. You can see the download links when you login to the JEM members area.

All you have to do is login and under the dashboard you will see option to download either the .EXE file or the .ZIP

I understand that and that is the link that i downloaded the installer from. The installer did not download but rather a zip file with all of the files to install it manually.

I have been to your site enough to know how to download from it. And like I said I have downloaded the installer in the past.

But because there was no JEM.exe file in it I just installed manually anyway.

I was just making you aware of a problem.
