Hi, new to Jrox. Getting ready for new product launch coming next week. My job will be shipping/ customer service ....  Going to spend the weekend reading tutorials and familiarizing myself w/ Jrox. Any thoughts or user help w/ Jrox and/or shipping, customer service would be appreciated.
