The access portal (big blue box) does not show up but simply goes to my home page for globigar. Please let me know how to
1) reestablish the portal
2) reset the password when the enter email does not recognize my email. Read in other posts that others have had problems with the email address being recognized.

looks like you were using the RVSiteBuilder and it overwrote your JEM installation.

submit a ticket to the helpdesk so that JEM can be reinstalled for you.
