Is there a way to change the design of the Member Registration form and include it in my standard custom home page I made?

Maybe I should phrase this differently since I'm not getting any answers but plenty of views.

Can I integrate the registration form into one of my content pages I create or is this only way to display the registration form  http://www.mydomain.com/affiliates/registration

you can add the form code to any page if you want.  just view the HTML source and use the form fields on your custom page.
