When I try to login to my sight I get the error message, "404 Page Not Found The Page You Requested Was Not Found"

When I try to Quickconnect using filezilla, it tells me the login failed.

When I try to login to the help desk it fails. When I try to create a new account to submit a support ticket it tells me the email address already exists, so I know I'm in the system somewhere, just does NOT recognize my password.

Please help me resolve this issue so I can upload my digital products and launch my site.

we just tested your site, and it registeres and logs in fine.

try deleting your browser cookies first
